Each medium has their own unique strengths. I love using film for intimate couple photos and details — it lends itself to classic, timeless images. Digital, on the other hand, is best for fast-paced moments on the dance floor. I have mastered both mediums.

Yes, for weddings that are more of an event than a tradition, second shooters are an integral part of the day. One of us will be focused on the finished, magazine-style editorial photos and the other will be focused on all the moments in between. This ensures that your thoughtfully planned wedding is fully captured. And of course, my second shooters are a part of my team, photographers that I know and trust, and not arbitrary, last-minute hires.

I know, and this is exactly why you’ll receive sneak peeks in just about 24-48 hours after your day. Before your full gallery is delivered, those images go on a journey of their own — with film processing at the lab and thoughtful editing. I’ll send over the online link as soon as your photos are ready — which is normally 4-6 weeks after the wedding.

Travel costs are included in the price. I have three packages — one for Temecula, CA weddings, one for US weddings and another for worldwide weddings. This makes it as easy as possible with a flat fee and no complicated travel arrangements. Inquire here for full pricing.

What are the destination wedding photographer travel fees?
Yes. I am more than happy to send details from my liability insurance coverage to your venue if it is needed.
I’ll ask to meet you via video consultation so that we can make sure it’s a good fit. From there, you’ll receive a tailored proposal with your custom collection details. You’ll book with a simple retainer and online contract. You can learn more about the process here.

beginning with a deep breath and some pointers from a photographer who knows the ins and outs of destination weddings

Make it official with a 50% retainer. Upon booking, you’ll receive a comprehensive welcome guide, mailed directly to you.

Share the details. Along the way, I’ll send questionnaires to learn more about you, your vendors and your plans for the wedding day.

Book your complimentary engagement session. This is where you’ll learn natural poses and get comfortable in front of the camera prior so your wedding day can feel more intentional and composed, as opposed to stiff. The photos from this session will be printed in a fine art guest book.
04.
As your destination wedding nears, I’ll touch base with you, arrive at the location 1-3 days in advance and guide you through every moment on your wedding day. With VIP shot lists in hand and my second shooter on location, we won’t miss a thing.

Inquire for your date
Receive a sneak peek within 48 hours and look forward to your full gallery within 4-6 weeks. We must be patient as your film scans take time to process. It is so worth it!
